Feedback is valuable, whether it’s positive or negative doesn’t matter. Answering questions and caring for customers will strengthen the bond between them and the brand. If these conversations are ignored, a lot of potential is wasted and money probably lost. Especially when your competition is paying a little more attention.
To avoid something like this happening to you and to make sure you are always on top of your game we developed a new, awesome feature:
The Fanpage Karma Social Monitoring
Since we didn’t just want to create just another monitoring tool we went over a lot of ideas and new approaches to using monitoring data. What we ended up with, helps you to:
- measure the success and reach of your campaign
- find influencers and key users
- notice comments to be able to react immediately
- find leads and turn them into customers
- notice trends and developments
- and a lot more
Whether you want to find important influencers for a specific topic and interesting trends or simply try to track the amount of times your brand got mentioned, we got the right tool for you.
Monitor keywords
The most important part of social monitoring is the ability to observe the development of specific keywords in different channels. Of course you can do that for Twitter, Facebook and Google+ so you never miss anything.

Additionally to the messages that include the keyword you searched for you get access to an overview that lists all important numbers, such as the amount of times you got mentioned so you can react immediately, for example with a tweet.
Now you will think: Well, that’s pretty standard for a monitoring tool isn’t it? And you are right, it is. But that’s why we added a bunch of other features…
Analyse keywords
… because knowing how often a keyword got used is not enough for a proper analysis. The interesting and exciting part for a social media manager will be visible as soon as you click on “Detailed analysis”.

Additionally to a downloadable Excel Report you get an overview of how many and which profiles mentioned the keywords on top of a comprehensive analysis how the keyword developed over time. You will also see the mood connected to the keyword. A red bar stand for many negative words, a green bar for many positive ones.

Directly below you can find the best (in this case the ones that got shared most often) posts, broken down by Best Tweet, Best Link and Best Picture.

But it’s not just important what people write, but also who does. Especially those of you who love to communicate with active and popular users will love our user-overview. It doesn’t only show you who comments a lot but also how popular (amount of reactions) and well known (amount of followers) they actually are.

On top of that you get more information about related subjects, to be precise: the most commonly used words, hashtags and profiles. That makes it easy to spot trends and related topics.

But that’s not all. Especially if a keyword delivers a lot of results, you might want to scan these results again to specify what you’re looking for. And of course there’s a feature for that.

The complete package
The best way for you to be always on top of your Social Media game is by combining the power of our monitoring and analysis tools. It makes it easy to keep track of anything you deem important and will make understanding your community infinitely easier.
But to provide you with the biggest amount of flexibility we made the monitoring tool available separately. Even though every analytics-user can use the free versions of our Social Monitoring (and vice versa), the fee-based packages are independent and the monitoring module starts at just $9,90/month.
