5 new magnificent features

5 new magnificent features

Shortly before the peaceful Christmas time and New Years Eve, we updated our tool once again and added a few new features.

1. When are my fans online?

If you know when your fans are online then you also know what’s the best time for posting. Therefore you can now see when your fans hang out on Facebook in our new “Fans online” graphic. For example our fans are online mainly from Tuesday to Saturday 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.

2. Export posts

All who love the Excel export and want to process data have a reason to be happy now. From now on, all posts from a freely selected period can be exported to Excel.

3. Add all my pages

We also simplify the adding of pages to the dashboard for administrators with many fan pages. Finally you don’t have to add all pages individually anymore. Just a click on the new button ‘Add all my pages” is enough and all your own pages are automatically loaded into the dashboard.

4. Columns and 7-day view

The benchmarking can be shown as columns now . The single / daily values are easier to read , so this representation is especially suitable for Engagement, Post Interaction and the number of Likes, Comments and Shares.

In addition, the 7 -day view is now available, making it possible to compare aggregated week values in the selected period of time.

5. Post details

A very exciting new feature is the Post detail panel. If you have granted the insights permission, you can view these details by a click on “Show details” in the Top / Flop Posts or post list.

Show detailsIn the pop-up that opens you can see all the values for reach, interactions, clicks and negative feedback.
