7. The Good Luck Fairy for your promotions
As of August last year Facebook allows news feed promotions. To make it easier for you to draw a winner, we build our Good Luck Fairy. Page administrators just have to enter the URL of the post and click the button. The Good Luck Fairy takes care of the rest and draws a profile from all that liked, commented, liked & commented or the one that has the most liked comment. Also there’s an Excel export so you can analyze everything yourself if you like. You find the Good Luck Fairy her.
8. Userposts Analysis by Daytime
Do you use Facebook as a service channel and are posts by fans an important part of your work? Then you should know when your fans post on your wall. That’s what the daytime analysis for userposts shows you. You find it under “Fan Posts” in the single page analysis.
9. Grant Insights Permission for more features
If you’re analyzing pages of which you’re the admin, you can grant Fanpage Karma access to your Insights. Just click on “More” in your dashboard overview and then on “Grant insights permission”. That allows you to create a monthly report and unlocks additional KPIs (e.g. Clicks on posts or Reach). It also gives us the possibility to show you the amount of fans for the past so that you can analyze the development of your page until way back to its “birthday”.
All these features make working with Fanpage Karma easier. Even for experienced users there should be something new they can try.
