Additionally to the messages that include the keyword you searched for you get access to an overview that lists all important numbers, such as the amount of times you got mentioned so you can react immediately, for example with a tweet.

It doesn’t only show you who comments a lot but also how popular (amount of reactions) and well known (amount of followers) they actually are.
On top of that you get more information about related subjects, to be precise: the most commonly used words, hashtags and profiles. That makes it easy to spot trends and related topics.
